Ever started a workout regimen and then all of a sudden life got in the way?
Most of the time, when people join a gym, they are super excited about reaching their goals, but don’t even know which days of the week they’re going to be able to actually make it to the gym. The kids have soccer practice, dinner has to be made by the time the hubby gets home, and the list goes on and on and on..
So, I encourage you to set a schedule. Actually print out a calendar each month, and each day you plan on going to the gym, write down the time you want to start your workout and exactly what muscle group you’re going to be working on. I promise you, it will help!
